We have also subsequently developed this Workbook as a guideline and tool for you to use in your own time, and with your own teams, as you take your next steps forward to having greater social impact. The idea is not to supplement any of the resources, but to guide your decision-making teams (Boards, senior management, CSI team) in developing their strategy through a process of self-analysis, vision casting, and as a result, informing your process of strategic planning and implementation for good partnering.
